Canberra Based, Full-time

Love making the impossible possible? Love working with big ideas, tech and innovation? Want to work in a creative team where your ideas are valued and you can shape the future?

We are a team of extreme storytellers that will go to the outer edges of space, deep into the outback, and into the roaring crowds of sporting stadiums to inspire and motivate.

House of Kitch is a dynamic agency that specialises in imaginative communications to inspire behaviour change on things that matter. We work on areas such as space, high-tech aerospace innovation, women’s sport, health and defence. We design integrated communications campaigns across multi-channel and digital platforms, inspiring people with amazing stories, immersive experiences and lots of colour.

Full-time role, 12-month contract. Canberra based, work from home and client offices.

You will be managing communications and client-facing:

  • Translating technical concepts into interesting stories and communication products.

  • Developing communication strategies, plans, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Developing/writing communication products and website content.

  • Being onsite to coordinate video shoots, conduct interviews and oversee content development.

  • Liaising with graphic designers and content producers.

  • Stakeholder engagement and client liaison.

What we are looking for:

  • A natural-born storyteller who thrives on connecting with people, collaborating with partners and crafting stories that uplift and inspire.

  • A relationship ninja – expert in managing multiple stakeholder priorities.

  • Love stretching storytelling boundaries.

  • Must love tech (drones, space, lasers, AI, AR, VR) and innovation.

  • Enjoy working remotely as part of a small cohesive team.

  • 10 years + communication experience media/agency/consulting/in-house/government.

  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.

  • Sec clearance is desirable but not essential.

Please reach out if you have any questions about the role, otherwise send through your CV.
