PROJECT MANAGER &
COMMUNICATIONS ALL-STAR

Ground Control to Major Ideas – Commencing countdown, engines on.

 

We need someone to help us get our ideas to space - literally.

 

We shoot videos in the stratosphere; run events in aircraft hangars; and work with incredible athletes to inspire the next generation.

 

House of Kitch is a small, dynamic agency that specialises in imaginative communications to inspire behaviour change on things that matter. We work on areas as diverse as women’s sport, health, Defence and high-tech aerospace innovation.

 

We are looking for a methodical, organised communications all-rounder with a good flair for event, design, and video to wrangle big ideas to execution.

 

We also need you to help train an AI chatbot avatar to speak with expression.

 

12-month full time contract with opportunity for ongoing work. Based in Bondi Junction. Would consider a Canberra based person too.

 

You will be:

  • Managing projects, production, events and communication products.

  • Developing project management plans, communication plans, social media plans,  monitoring, and reporting.

  • Preparing storyboards, project and approval briefs and the occasional PowerPoint.

  • Managing events, stories and experiences - working with AV companies and other suppliers to produce collateral, events and videos (virtual and real life).

  • Liaising with clients, graphic designers, suppliers and content producers.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Must love tech (drones, lasers, AI, AR, VR) and innovation.

  • Excellent wrangler - highly organised, love timelines, managing multiple projects and getting things done.

  • Value working on behaviour change campaigns for things that matter.

  • Good flair for design, video, events.

  • Enjoy working in a small cohesive team.

  • 5-10 years experience agency/ in-house.

  • Security clearance is desirable but not essential.
