Shaping the exponential growth in women’s sport 


House of Kitch have been inspiring an ambitious movement for change across women’s sport since 2018. The epic success of women’s sport has been the result of carefully crafted investment, collaboration and innovation. Using an evidence-based behaviour change approach, extensive research and consultation, and a multi-stakeholder communications plan to target non-traditional partners, we’ve worked with the NSW Office of Sport to create and execute the ‘Her Sport Her Way’ four-year strategy.


As part of the ongoing implementation of the strategy, we have delivered storytelling workshops for elite athletes, Trendspotter Forums to share knowledge and innovations across the sector and created The Winning Playbook: Leading Innovative Change in Sport which examines and leverages the success of the CommBank Matildas during the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
